DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?
Dr. McRae is a Fee For Service Provider and payment is due at the time of service. He accepts Cash, Check or Charge.

He is not a participating provider with any insurance. If you care to pursue reimbursement, a receipt can be provided with all necessary codes and other information for you to file for out-of-network benefits. In this system, your insurance company pays you directly.
DO YOU TAKE MEDICARE OR MEDICAID?
Dr. McRae does not participate in either of these programs. He is a Medicare OPT-OUT physician; and as such, can only see Medicare patients when they sign a form stating they will not submit a claim to Medicare for his services. This form will be provided for Medicare carrying patients who choose to use his services.
CAN I CANCEL PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Yes. Minimum time requirement is 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation charge.
